Can black licorice candy cause heart problems?

Can black "Twizzlers" licorice candy cause high blood pressure/heart problems? What about other black licorice, how can one be sure it contains none of the "bad" blood pressure elevating components?

I do not think so. I have high blood pressure and i take a lot of licorice.

This is highly unlikely although it is possible with the contents inside hard to dicifer.
