Two different technologies Zeno is a heating device and the treatment is hit and miss – Also note it is a treatment instead of a preventative cure for acne. You have to get at the pimple right when you feel it coming. Once it is in the inflammatory or active stage it doesn’t do much of anything; can’t help heal or make them smaller once you have got one. Also it is really small and you have to treat each pimple separate for 2.5 minutes each with a “warm up time” in between. Takes me a long time and cost about 45 cents every time you hit the button.I also have a Rejuvawand. It is light based but the wrong wavelength for acne. It is an anti-aging device. You need to use blue light between the wavelengths of 410-420 nM for acne – this kills the bacteria and is a great prevention tool. It also has a vibrating aspect that started to give me an ear ache.Check out tandaskincare.com this thing is very cool. It comes with both red and blue treatment heads for preventing acne as well as helping to speed the healing of zits you already have. Also with the red light you can reduce the chance of scarring and use it for anti-aging. Well worth looking into if you are at the research to buy stage. I know it is just availible in Canada right now but I called the company and was told they are working on their international distribution certifications right now.J
