It doesn't work wonders, but it did make my skin super soft and helped with redness. It does make any pimples you have drain and brings up any blockage you have in your pores. I broke out really badly the first few times I used it. I quit using it b/c I don't have the time to mess with it, so I don't know how well it works long term
