can anyone kindly assist me with any information on how to cure kidney problems that cause continuous "inner"back ache.

Hi, well if your lower right side of your back is aching, then it might be your Kidneys, or Kidney Stones. Eating Rice, and Grapes Conquers Kidney Stones. And drinking Water also Conquers Kidney Stones. Hope this helps.

Drink any kind of dark colored juice i.e. Cranberry, Pomegrante, Blueberry...Won't so much help the pain, but can decrease problem time. As for pain, take an over the counter drug specific for backpain.
