Have you been to the doctor or the emergency room? If not, you should go. This is too serious to ignore. If it is the gall bladder, it can cause all kinds of serious problems, pancreatitis, gall bladder disease, you can get very ill and be in severe pain. If you have a kidney infection, it needs to be treated to prevent permanent damage. You should not ignore these things and ask amateurs. Please seek professional help soon!

it could be a gallbladder attack. i get them often to the point where i am stuck in bed for two days, not able to move, eat or drink...i am unsure if the gallbladder can cause kidney problems, but i know that gallbladder pain is horrible and i am unable to walk.

No, but if you have any kind of autoimmune disorder, from AIDS to Multiple Sclerosis, it can be causing problems with both your kidneys and your gallbladder. Your body may be interpreting your own organs as foreign bodies that need to be attacked by your T-cells. See if you have an elevated white blood cell count, and do this at your doctor's office so they can explain everything with/to you. I hope it is nothing serious. Good luck!
