heart problems???

ok my left shoulder and by my heart is always feeling like someone is sqeezing it also when i push onmy heart it hurts in one spot only is this bad?

You need to go to the doctor and get checked out! Your heart is one thing(muscle) you do not want to mess around with if your are experiencing trouble! A stress test, EKG, and other tests may be needed to rule out a serious condition! Please get checked out and I wish you the best of Luck and Good Health!

Hi how old are you is my first question..and what kind of medical conditions do you have? I work in a cardiologist office, and if you came to see us, we would ask you if the pain in your shoulder and chest is constant, or does it come on with activity or maybe at rest? You described it as squeezing, and i would ask if it moves anywhere...arms, to your back, etc. Are you nauseous when it happens? Sweaty? Does anything make it better? Worse? Have you had it before and if so what did they tell you it was? Then we would examine you - but right now, you can check to see if your pulse beating at regular intervals, or to see if it is too slow or too fast.We would set you up for some routine lab work, do a twelve lead ECG, and set you up for a stress test based on the results from labwork and exam. If you are having palpitations, we would also have you do a holter monitor exam which allows us to monitor you for more episodes like that while you are at home. Unfortuately, without directly talking to you, we may not get the info we need, but regardless, take care, and you only have one heart, so please get checked. :)

This could be serious. Get to a doctor. If pain gets worse in chest, or pain in arm seems to travel down your arm or if you feel pain in your jaw. Call 911.By the way, it does not have to be the left arm - could also be the right arm.
