Icy Hot or is it all chiropractor-fueled propaganda? The active ingredients are the same, but Biofreeze contains Ilex, an extract from the Holly scrub. Biofreeze costs twice as much. Is it worth it?

Biofreeze is very much worth it !! For pain and when you need something cold . TRY IT - IT IS WORTH IT!ASK him for samples - they do have them! Icyhot and bengay work for those aching muscles, but they have a heating effect.When you are in pain - you will try anything ONCE I prefer Biofreeze you do not need a lot and yes it is expensive- (I paid $20 for a very lrg bottle- and that was over a year ago! I use it all the time. I love it for back pain.THEN there is the other prescription stuff.My pharmacist mixed up this creme with Baclofen, lidocaine and ketoprofen and It is the really helps to get thru the rough days... (muscle relaxor, numbing agent, and anti-inflammatory)
