cause muscle pain? At night I leave my fan out continuously because it gets really overheated in there. My fans oscillator broke so it just stays in one position, which hits my back all night. I woke up this morning with a severe back ache, almost as if my head is to heavy for my body. :) Could the cold air be the culprit of my pain?

When your muscles are cold, they will contract to stay warm. If they are contracted for long periods of time, they will be sore afterwards.

Yea, I get that and a slight sore throat. I got a very cheap little fan and moved it father away. Cover with a sheet at least so that cold air is somewhat subdued. And get up and turn it off after a few hours.

Yes, Just turn it away from you a little. You'll still get the air circulating in there.
