What are ways i can have my hiv results...

...told to me? Im going to be quite busy and I don't think i would have time to go back into the clinic and get told my results. So im asking is there other ways? Like could the results of my test be mailed? Or maybe they can call me? Thanks

You'll have to go to the clinic to confirm a negative, otherwise if you don't recieve a phone call or mail, you're safe. I think it's something to do with the confidentiality rules.

Many clinics will give you a code number at the time of the test.Then you can call in, give the code number, and get the results -- without the person answering the phone knowing who you are.
