you need to have a specific prescription drug to get rid of the scabies if you're infected. nothing over the counter is going to clear you of it, sorry.

Try using clear fingernail polish over the area and thoroughly wash linens and clothing. Leave the polish to dry and leave it for at least 24 hrs to suffocate mites, and may have to be reapplied later for any mites that have hatched from eggs.
