go to the DR or a local clinic (sometimes they are cheeper)I would continuously scrub with hot soapy water and scrub with rubbing alcohol and bleach,.. finish with a moisturizing lotion, and repeat and repeat and repeat

Talk to a pharmacist. They might be able to help. I think there are non-prescription products you can get.

All I can say is go to your doctor. There is a prescription only medication you need to put on your skin to get rid of them. You also have to wash everything you have in hot water, and spray your beds/furniture or you/someone else can get them just by sitting on the couch. But again - get to your doctor because the stuff you need is prescription only.

http://pediatrics.about.com/od/scabies/a/04_scabies.htmYou need to google and look for what you can do because most likely you can do something that doesn't involve a doctor.

You need to scrape together the money to go to the doctor. What I found on the web is that scabies CANNOT jump from one person to another--they are passed by intimate contact. It could be that you have something else, especially if you get hot an sweaty during the day. In the meantime, I'd put some corn starch on your itchy places. I'd wash all of your bedding and vacuum the heck out of everything in your place and wash up everything that can be washed. Put your pillow in the dryer and let them run for about 30 minutes. Do the same with quilts, etc., that can't easily be washed. Maybe try some Fabreze allergen reducer. I'm starting to get itchy now. Best wishes.

The ONLY way to get rid of scabies is to get a prescription for a lotion and shampoo called Kwell. You apply it all over your body and leave it on for NO LESS than 12 hours, than wash it off. The shampoo you use like a normal shampoo. It has no smell, no color. Scabies is a type "mite" that burrows under your skin, hence the itching. It is contacted from close contact, or even pets. You can NOT get it from a toilet seat, and it is NOT a sexual disease, although you can contact it from rubbing skin together, and often this is the case for spreading the disorder. You are NOT a nasty person, people just like to take things out of context, pay no attention, but keep this to yourself so you wont have to suffer the comments. You will have to see a doctor to get it...go to your local free clinic and tell them you can't afford a doctor, and what the problem is. It IS contagious, so they will help you. You also have to wash ALL your clothes and sheets and blankets in HOT water to kill whatever may have been scratched off your body. Sounds nasty, but really it is not. Kinda like a dog has to get a flea bath to rid of fleas. Dont be embarassed, you did nothing nasty. If you have BF and you are intimate, he needs some soon, cause if you guys have been "close", even cuddling and holding hands, its only a matter of time before he will be itching. The doctor will tell you if you need a second dose. Dont play with this stuff, it is poison, but the ONLY way to rid of this. Dont in desperation try like lysol, or something like that, it is dangerous and WONT do the trick. Dont kid yourself. Spend your time researching clinics and get your butt over to one immediately. It only gets WORSE, and the itching at night occurs because the mites like warm places, If you dont, you will wind up scratching yourself raw, and that aint pretty. You will look like a tweaker ! Try one of those Urgent Care Clinics, go at night when it is less populated, tell them to bill you as a non-insured patient, and if they refuse you cause you have no money, ask to speak to the Doctor, have him come out, take him aside, and tell him whats up. he will look at your problem areas, know immediately (its a no brainer for a doctor)and prescribe you what you need. I used to work in a clinic, and I contracted them so I know exactly what you need to do. In fact, I got botles of the stuff for my BF"s whole house cause they were itching too. Thats how easy it is to spread. Do NOT, and I repeat DO NOT "scrub" your skin as one young lady advised above. It is NOt gonna help, will cause infection from the raw skin, and hurt like hell. Cornstarch WONT help either, and Hydrocortisone may give temporary relief (you can get this at the dollar store, or use calamine Lotion) but will not stop the itching. It gets worse every day. Try with all your might to NOT scratch so you dont scar yourself. This little bugger mite you have is gonna wreck havoc on your life until you get the lotion, so dont delay. Remember what I told you, no mtter what others say, Lice products will NOT help you, cause you dont have lice, and "home remedies" will not kill the mites, which the lotion does. There is NO cure for this other than the Kwell Lotion. The lotion soaks into your skin and kills them, and the eggs (which are what the little bumps are). But they are not easy to get rid of, thats why you have to leave the lotion on for 12 hours, no kidding.
