NIH recommends minimum workout of 150 hrs/wk or 1000cal/wk at a rate of 5cal/min or higher. Coronary risk greatly associated with smoking, high BMI, low HDL, genetic and other risk factors

Ummm, 150 hours? That is over 3 times the normal work week...there are only 168 hours in a week ;)
well i am a Triner in GYM and will suggest that a Heart patient should workout accordng to his/her heart problem. IF its a normal case then he/she must workout with light weight for one hour everyday. But i would prefer YOGA Breatingh Practices in order to heal all the heart problems.
