If you believe in God the you then his teachings say to only have sex withthe one we marry but times are so different now people have sex all the time and sometimes don't even know the person so birth control is used for those that aren't ready to have the responsiblity of another life but still have sex I guess it is humans way of trying to controll life in a way not mistrust

A lack of common sense is what got Adam and Eve tossed out of the Garden of Eden in the first place! God gave a us brains, the least we can do is use them.

Following that line of reasoning, one should never wear seatbelts, take antibiotics, put on sunscreen, use safety goggles, strap on a life vest while boating, lock our doors at night... any of that.Just because it isn't explicitly written in the Bible, doesn't mean we shouldn't take precautions and yes, use our common sense.

Distrust ... it says "I don't trust God (and life) ... and I don't trust my sexual partner (with life)." It says that you take and will not give. It says you don't have faith in yourself, your sexual partner, your family, your friends, and society. IAdditionally, it says that your sexuality is a disease that needs medicine.

god did give us free will, so for those that choose to use contraceptives good. at least they will cut their chances down of disease or an unplanned pregnancy. besides, they are not breaking a commandment.
