what is the best thing to do to lose 6/8 pounds in 1 week to fit in a bridesmaid dress for next saturday (without losing anymore as the dress will be 2 big) it needs to be fast

eat vegetables and drink water or juice and go running everyday... if that doesn't work, you could always sweat it out before the wedding

Work out and eat healthy. Swim. Do laps and jog for a while. Don't starve yourself.

don't go on a diet if u hate the exercise dont do it just eat smaller portions of wat u eat everyday IT REALLY HELPS!!!

dont eat or drink for 2 days, then eat enough for the 3rd, then dont eat again untill the day, then eat a lot

If you eat 500 calories a day, you should lose 10 lbs a week.

Run alot, if your fat(not asuming anything) you'll lose fat like mad. And drink a lot of water and eat healthy

to loose that much in one week is going to be water loss...so try hitting up the sauna alot...exercise obviously, reduce your caloric intake for the week and pray those 6-8 pounds come off for you to fit in the dres...good luck!
