it has given me an insatiable appetite.? I do not know what to do about this as I am meeting a friend for the first time in about 3 weeks and do not want to gain weight. I can't seem to get enough food, any suggestions?

My mother used this product, and it blew her up also. Maybe you can be given something else in it's place.

Drink a LOT of water. Same thing happens to me when I have to take it. It will go away...but water fills you up fast. If you HAVE to eat a lot of something - eat celery.

yup it did the same thing to me as a kidtry mashed potatoes, filling, easy to make, good when your sickthats what i used to eat
