Hi:Sorry to hear about your allergies. I think you may develop allergies sometimes the more you are exposed to the possible cause. I have allergies too. If you live in the midwest, allergens are many during the summer months. Currently, here in the KCMO area, plaintain pollen and molds are in the air. If you check out the weather channel, they will normally list air contaminants like this to give you an idea about the air quality for the current conditions.I take generic claritin with the pseudonepherine decongestant and that seems to help me the most. You might try this to see if it works to help you, but you can really find out what allergens are really bothering you if you visit a dermatologist who can do a skin test on you to find out what specifically is bothering you. It's a sad fact, but the midwest is so full of pollens and mold - I did some consulting work and travelled to Boston about the start of May, and normally, I have to make sure here in KC that I take the claritin. On one trip, I forgot my pills, but I didn't have any problems at all while in Boston, but when I came back, my allergy problems were in full bloom.Hope this helps, and I am sorry to hear about your problems.

First of all, Supersinger5 is a total @$$hole. Second, this has been the worst summer I have ever had with my allergies and a lot of people I know are complaining about how bad it is this year. And, we don't know what it is that is making us so sick with the allergies. Mine has been mainly the severe runny nose with pain and itching. If nothing else, at least you know you are not suffering alone.

You my have a case of cystic fibrosis. It's when your body produces excess amounts of mucus and you get a runny nose and sneeze all the time, yeah? and you only get it right after you wake up or when you get wind in you face....?yeah, it happens to me. I went to a doctor, and he said i have cystic fibrosis. nothing to stress over. Here's a simple cure.Buy a syringe (not the type with a needle, just so it can let liquid in.) mix half a teaspoon of salt with cold water, and fill the syringe, then squirt it up your nose, but resist it by blowing it out. this cleans out your nose. repeat several times in each nostril. you should be fine in about a week.if not, then you will live like me, and carry a box of tissue everywhere you go. yeah, it sounds discouraging, but you would get used to it. Most people get cured with the salt thing though.
