I do believe he needs to find the problem and fix it... unless it's like cats and dogs or something out of his control, if it is a mold or something like that you MUST have a healthy work place and yes that means he needs to figure out what it is... maybe not neccessarily the vents, but find whatever it is.
Huh, i suppose if i were to translate this to English the question would readIf three employees claim there are problems at work is it up to the employer to investigate?The answer is YES.

It depends I think. If were talking a huge building with thousands of employees and only 3 are complaining, then I think the employer can blow it off without too much worry. If were talking an office of 20 or less then the employer needs to get a team out to inspect the working conditions of the office. Even if it turns out to be nothing it would be good for the employer to have record of it to avoid possible legal problems later. Its more then possible that there could be something up and the 3 are just more sensitive to it. Ignoring it could be an easy way to get sued.
