How to get gorgeous skin ?

My friend has this absolutely beautiful skin.She is of like a beautiful olive colouring and has a flawless complexion !How can I achieve this look ?I know I can't get it entirely but I'm pale and I have out breaks of spots and they look just so gross. And my foundation wears off during the day and crusts.What sort of things can I use to help me get an olive complexion ? Or help clear up my spots ?Thanks so much !! X

Well, I do believe if you have skin problems, you'd better consult a doctor because our complexion depends on our general health and, in particular, hormones level, digestion system and etc. Or at least go to a beauty salon where a cosmetologist, who is an expert, will look at your skin, determine its type and suggest adequate treatment, face masks and creams. Well first you should remember to drink plenty of water. This will flush out the toxins in your body. (For the first couple of days to a week for face might have more of a break out, due to all the toxins being flushed out of your system. But, it WILL go away). Then remember to cleanse and moisturize every morning and night. You might try some beauty blotters during the day to help with the extra oil that gets on your face during the day. Not taking off your makeup adds years to your face so it is very important to take it off before you go to bed. If you use liquid foundation you may try using a powder one instead.Mary Kay has a wonderful product line. Mary Kay has a powder called Dual-Coverage Powder Foundation. Also you might try their cleansing line also. I use it and I love it!! Hope this helps.
