legs? Well actually anywhere my skin rubs gets black heads and acne. It is embarassing and I don't want to live like this. It is hard to wear a swimsuit. Do you know what to treat it with. Money is no object. Help!!!!! It is under my arms, under my breast and between my legs.

eeeewwwww...go see a dermatologist. Why would you listen to anyone's advice on this site? But my advice is to try and pop them and scratch at it for a good hour or two.
