I have heard that using a good hair conditioner, i.e. pantene or tresemme, is better for your skin than shaving cream. Anything that is good for your hair is also just as good for your skin and vice versa. Also, try men's shaving cream or gel. They don't contain the harsh oils, alcohols, or perfumes that ladies' shaving creams do.
