...lose on this plan?!? ok well in a week im going to go to korea for a month. Im going to be pretty much touring the whole time and becuz i will be staying in the city, i will be walking alot every day. 1-2 hours at the very least. also, i wont be bored and eating all day and when i do eat it will be korean food which is veryyyyy healthy and i wont have all the american fast food. im also starting to take relacore as well and i drink green tea which is full of antioxidents. my overal goal is to loose 20-30 pounds and keep it off. how much can i expect to lose in this month? i dont want to have my hopes up high and not get there. i do realize i may not be able to lose 30 pounds in a month as its very unhealthy but i would like this to be a head start.yes i realize everything u sed im not stupid. i sed i'd like this to be a headstart and i want to lose like at least maybe 5-10 pounds? goshh...and i know its not easy, i've lost weight before. i just gained it back becuz i started to take a med that made me gain weightohyeah and dont say i cant resist eating....for ur information i went to the hospital for that too...
