Ok, I weigh 190 pounds and Im 16 and 5ft 7in. My Doctor just today (July 16 07) insisted that I lose 22 pounds. But here is the deal, Ive been exerciseing since november 06 and have actually gained 5 pounds since ive started. My clothes have been getting looser. I cycle on weekdays on an exercise bike 15 kilometers and lift weights (forty pounds or less, cause I dont want to build large muscles) and do 30 crunches and 24 cross crunches on an exercise ball. On weekends I do everything except cycle. I dont know how to lose this weight. ( My blood pressure is high so I geuss thats why my doctor suggested the extreme weight loss)

excercise is good but you also have to watch what u eat.. no excess sugar or greasy foods.. or try reducing the amounts u intake.... THE KEY IS TO WATCH the carbohydrates your food has... You are only allowed 56 carbs daily.... a regular can of soda has about 46.. so u do the math... a diet coke has 0 carbs.. subsitute similar items... your body will always burn calories, so u need to really watch the breads.. and the #1 thing... DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!! drink water like if there was no tomorrow... WATER IS GOOD!!.... gud luk
