I am trying to back up the contents of my itunes library..music etc on to blank dvd rw`s but every time i insert a disc after a few seconds itunes ejects the disc and keeps asking for a blank disc...this happens all the time..the discs i am using are brand new ..i have never had a problem before perfoming a back up on itunes..any solutions would be great help.

I really wouldn't suggest backing up your music onto discs, I would suggest an external hard drive, flash drive, or memory card. It's alot easier and more portable.I however don't back up my music at all. All I do when I delete my music on my computer, but still have it on my iPod is just copy what is on my iPod.Download iDump, and then select what you want copied, and press start copy. iDump is free and does it's job well.Download iDump from here:http://www.download.com/iDump/3000-2169_4-10407429.html

also you don't need to open itunes. just navigate to the itunes music folder and burn it all to disk as data.

If you have an iPod, sync all ur music in that. then Download iDump, and then select what you want copied, and press start copy. cheers.
