Ok...this really works....take some whole cloves and smash them up and put them in an empty tea bag. Put the tea bag between your tooth and cheek and it will take the pain away. It's something to do with the clove oil, it numbs it but also deadens the nerve. Hope you find relief!

Gargle with warm salt water in case of infection.The clove thing really works. I have actually put whole cloves, the kind you stick in ham, lol, in my mouth and bit em a bit to release the oil. It has like a numbing effect.

I found a hot water bottle on the side of your face helps doesn't take the pain away completely but it does soothe it.
