Skin problem?

I have a circular patch near the crease of my arm. It was once pinkish but is now paler than my skin color. Does anyone know what it could possibly be?It's about an inch and a half in diameter.

i would try disconnecting the drain hose and check if you don't have a lint/hair clog in there, that can cause the sewer smell.

Seeing a Dermatologist for skin problems is a wise choice. He or she will also treat it when it is diagnosed. Could it be ring worm?
