Not a lot but hopefully won't get worse.

I'm afraid very few things can be reversed, particularly when it comes to smoking. Try drinking a lot of water and start taking a multi-vitamin. I'm aware that there are anti-wrinkle creams on the market, but am unsure if they'll help because your skin problem is unspecified. Good luck.

yes skin problems can be reversable.Your skin will never look better, even if you did not smoke at all.

im not too sure, i dont smoke. the problem or symptoms could improve and maybe even more over time.
Shows an improvement.Mine is looking better after less than 2weeks.Alcohol is a major disaster for skin. Also depends on skin type.I go brown easy so it helps.

I have seen an improvement in my skin since I gave up smoking, it's never going to be as vibrant as it once was, but I know it's not going to get any worse now.
