Yes, and it's me. I developed an irrational fear of driving over bridges a few years ago and it has almost ruined my ability to travel by myself. I need to get some help for it.

Actually I do, one of my friends does and I know how difficult life is for her....

Supposedly I do...but I'm not so sure about that...I think you get into trouble when you try to label people all neat and square. I also think for ease of use people mis-label 'disorders'. Many anxiety disorders are due to lack of coping mechanisms or result from inexperience. The anxiety disorder label then...compounds an already fragile self.I totally went off topic...

yep, me. it's an absolute nightmare to live with and the more stress i'm under the worse it gets, so needless to say my life has been a living hell lately. no one really seems to understand how it impacts your life unless they've had it themselves, sadly.
