What is your opinion of abortion, and what are some of your reasons? I cannot decide yet if I am pro-choice or pro-life.thanks!

I didn't decide till my wife grinned across the table at me during lunch and said she was pregnant. Then the day of the first sonogram when I saw that tiny beating heart my beliefs were cemented forever.I suggest finding your own reasons. Both sides can be overbearing and self-righteous and that just doesn't help anyone make such an important decision.

My thoughts can be summed up by the following statement because, in the end, I'm not the one having the child (said by someone else, don't know who):"I am NOT pro-abortion, but I AM pro-choice"

If you are grown up enough to have sex you are grown up enough to have a baby as a result. I think people see abortion as an easy way out. Sure there are times that the baby may not make it or the mother may die, then it is the parents of the baby to decide the next step- not the public. I also believe that if it were made illegal again we would be having unsafe abortions with horrible results.

Rowe was decided a long time ago with out all the benefits of medical advancement we have now, such as sonograms. They convinced people that a fetus is just a lump of cells that don't matter. Look at sonograms and you will see it isn't so. DNA says it is a human being.Abortion is cold blooded murder.

It should remain legal and available. Abortion is not a legal issue but a moral one. If you oppose the idea then never have an abortion. But they should always be available, safe, and legal.

It is a personal thing, never a choice to be made lightly.I think in rare cases it is justified but doing "just because you can" is just plain wrong . . its murder any way you try to say it.
