How can u get rid of allergies?

I have bad allergies and they're really ruining my life... i wake up with puffy ichy eyes every morning, and i sneeze all the time and i'm allergic to almost all animals... it's horrible... I need something long lasting too.... Also, does any1 know if there is an allery specialist that i can go c... like if they actually exist or not?

first u find out the cause of allergy.then avoid that cause.stay away from animals as u have allergy from them.u can find articles on net by searching at any search engine
