Testicle pain

I do not have any swelling, I can lift weights, play basketball and function normally. I go to the bathroom with no discomfort. However, once I have sex the pain starts..as soon as my wife gives me the green light the pain starts during and after sex. Any thoughts!!!

Its sounds like you have blueballs. Basically its pressure in your testicles. But you should still ask a doc about it.
