i'm 5 feet tall and i weigh around 125-130 pounds. i don't look over weight because i have a lot of muscle, but i would really like to decrease in size. my legs are very chunky because they're so muscley. i exercise regularly by running and walking and sometimes the bike, and i eat quite healthy most of the time with an occasional cheat day.my problem is everytime i exercise i feel like i'm getting bigger. i know to reduce the size of my muscles i should stop using them but i never thought running or walking really builds up muscle. i don't want to stop exercising completely because i'm trying to keep fit as well as trying to burn as many calories as possible.whats the best way for me to reduce in size?
