...is always severely itchy. I have done so much damage by scratching,? It started out of no where. I have tried athletes foot meds, benadryl, cortesone, it never stops. My foot bleeds now from all the scratching. I am in pain all the time. It is only the one foot. what happened? I know it sounds gross but I am saying what the hell happened! Any home remedies?

Use white vinegar on your foot to stop the itching. I have a similar condition on my legs and this helps a lot. I use it every morning after my shower and again at night. It's such a simple approach and you can even carry a small bottle of white vinegar with you to apply during the day if the itch starts again! It works!
