As far as any clinical study, I don't know. But let's look at it logically; crystal meth is a stimulant that raises the blood pressure and pulse rate. Over time and repeated doses, this puts a great strain on the heart and increases the likelihood of dysrhythmia and aneurysm.

dunno about heart disease, but i was a heavy user for a long time and suffered heart palpitations for a long time after a stopped. so clearly there is some long term effect on your heart.
