I have never heard of baking soda baths helping muscle aches. It helps chicken pox and poison ivy.Epsom salt baths will help muscle aches. Soaking in plain hot water will ease some of the pain though.Advil helps too!

I have never heard of using baking soda, and I don't see how could help. Taking a bath in epsom salts may help, but I have only used it to help relieve the irritation from blisters and such.

Epsom Salts are supposed to help muscles that are sore. I don't know what you're thinking Baking Soda will do....

Just soaking in a hot bath period will help. Also, you may want to get a sportcream and rub it on the areas that are affected after the hot soak. Make sure you read the back of any sports cream. I only mention that because of the girl who ran track and overdosed on the pain creams and patches. Sadly she lost her life. Just follow the recommendations on the back of what you choose. Also, stretching before any kind of exercise or sports can help prevent some of the pain afterwards.

No, Try taking Motrin or Advil. Also rubbing hot ice gel on the area that hurts. They sell it at dollar stores. It's like a cold blue gel that once rubbed on feels warm like a sort of ban gay. It's real good for sore muscles.
