my friend is having a problem they wont let...

...her sign in to her id how does she get it back or get her password we have tried to recover her password and it is saying she isnt putting the right information in but how can that be when she is her own person, it will not let her sign into messenger yahoo mail or n e other thing related to yahoo

I had that happen with ebay last week and it was caused by someone hacking into my account and changing my password and then all my stuff was to be sent to Nigeria. Ebay made me prove it was me and then helped straighten it out. If you don't change your password a lot and leave it there long, they have a lot more time to figure out your info. Contact Yahoo and tell them...they will help you. Do it quickly in case it's the same thing...it's very scary and upsetting cause you don't know WHAT they can do.
