i do gymnastics . this week at practice my wrist start to bug me . when i put presure on it it hurt i what to keep practicing so i did not tell anyone it has not got worse but i want to make it better. is there anything i can do to make it stop hurting with out taking time off from practice

I'm pretty sure that right when the injury happens u should put ice on it, and then after the injury u should get a heating pad and put it on your wrist. Try wrapping it to releave pressure. But if it considers to get worse I would def. tell someone, maybe they could help.
