sinus problems after eating cracked pepper

and salt flavoured crisps? is this an allergy, to what? any ideas? am sorting out some allergies at the moment and trying to find out what's causing problems. i have my allergic sinus reaction after eating crisps!no wheat, i'm allergic to wheat but there is definintely nothing in there and i don't get the sinus probs from wheatl.

I had a doctor who was allergic to pepper...so that could be it. However, you will have to go through some testing to find out what exactly you are allergic to through your doctor. It may not be one single thing but a combo...I have allergies, I understand your torment! Good Luck!!

The cracked pepper is the villian...it is not good for the human body and if you take took much and with allergies its less..the body will violently reject it. Add salt to that which is also not good for the body unless it is sea salt...and your sinuses are cleansing themselves of the poisons...this is where drinking lots of clean water, a netty(natural nose cleaner) or get some menthol, fishermans friends, or vicks and clear out your nose...it should correct itself Only the red peppers are good for the body, black pepper is very bad for humans....hope it helps
