Drink plenty of water and wash your face with a mild face clenser everyday, also don't use any skin treatment like proactive, you can try and see if it works, but I wouldn't recommend it

There are plenty of face washes out there for acne/oily skin. Try proactiv, it seriously does work or you can try skin deconjustant by dermacare (you can get it at any drug store) also if you put toothpaste on your zits it'll get rid of them over night or at least shrink them

get specially formulated face wash. i use acnefree, and it helps. it's a 3 step system, like proactive, but you can buy it at walmart and such. it works well. also, be sure to drink lots of water, as the first answer said, and be sure to get enough sleep.

its actually pretty simple to do. the first thing you have to do is find a good face wash (i use neutregena oil-free acne wash because my dermatologist absolutely swears by it) and wash your face once in the morning and once at night. if you play any sports then you should wash your face with it after practices and games. DONT use it more than 3 times a day though because it will irritate your skin (that goes for any kind of scrub). if you dont have clearer skin after about a month, i recommend seeing a dermatologist because he/she can give you antibiotics and creams to fight acne.good luck! i hope this helped!
