How to get rid of back acne fast?

i have some not so pleasant back acne i need to get rid of really fast. Any ideas. Any home remedies or good over the counter crap??

Use Neutrogena Body wash

get clearisil ance scrub pads and use them on your back, it works!

Proactive or if you can't afford that try using cleansing wipes and get some exfoliater. Also try using rubbing alcohol on it, it will help dry it up!

All of the stuff they said. However, to prevent future issues I would recommend taking regular showers and actually using soap this time.
