Okay, I lost the weight- now I have flesh that either wrinkles or hangs there. Will this go away? Do I have to exercise even MORE or do I gain back twice as much to have smooth skin again. Talk about discouraging!Thanks

YES, you should do more 'weighting' exercise and eat more protein to increase muscle. So that the flesh will not be hanging and body shape can be built.Female normally need 75-100g protein each day which we actually cant pbtain enough from our normal meal. So, i would recommend a protein shake mix for you to drink to obtain enough protein~ And this protein mix contain 57 vitamins & minerals as well. So, it helps to improve health.Also, you can use body coutouring cream to help you become firmer.
