Could be. Have you got a prescription for your acid reflux? The pills are pretty expensive and that is depressing in itself.Me, I'm just opening a bottle of Maalox - Nightime with Acid Reflux barrier. Cheers!Zantac is good but I got some trial prescription pills from my doctor that are miraculous. Unfortunately for me, the cost too much and it's a trade off between them and high speed internet. LOL!I really find that you can go a long way by modifying your diet. This latest bout was as a result of a chocolate milkshake, roasty beef and a coffee. Not a good combination. The chocolate milkshake alone would have caused this. I try to cut down on red meat and dairy products.

I think there is a relation, but not a direct one. Both are attributable to less than perfect health. Since I overcame depression and began to take care of my health, the acid reflux went away. I firmly believe they both had to do with poor eating habits and lack of exercise.
