process of weight loss? I'm looking to shed a few pounds, but in a healthy way. Any vitamin regime would work in conjunction with a regular exercise routine and diet change.Mineral supplement suggestions are also welcome.

Hoodia is a really popular one right now.... Its made from the hoodia plant... people in the desert use to eat the hoodia plant to curve their hunger while they are traveling through the desert....its suppose to supress your appetite.

Can't believe nobody's said it, but green tea is great at upping your metabolism a bit-- really can help out just that little extra you might need.

Not much can be said on the forum about certain supplements, due to the guidelines. However, when I was losing weight I had some GREAT help. I used a natural metabolism booster that contained, among other things, cayenne pepper, ginger, and cinnamon. I also used foods with cleansing minerals in them. Now that I've released all the excess weight I wanted to, I'm not taking the metabolism boosters any more. I continue to use the foods and all the dietary supplements, however.
