learn to slow down and control your breathing. i took a couple of yoga classes and it helped me out a ton.

relaxing and breathing into a bag helps. Also refrain from using your inhaler too much (more then 2-3 uses a week means something is wrong). Many deaths caused by asthma could be avoided if patients didn't wait so long before getting seen (getting an intubation tube into someone whose bronchial's have nearly constricted shut is near impossible)

you must use INHALER or NEBULIZERS

My Little Grandaughter Had Asthma Attacks In The Night. She Would Wake Up Not Being Able To Breathe Even With An Inhaler.the Pharmacist Told Me To Have Her Use Advair At Night Before She Goes To Bed. She Would Take A Puff Of Adviar And Slept Well Without An Attack. He Said The Advair Prevents An Attack And The Inhaler Relieves After The Attack.prayer Was The Key To Her Relief As She And I Prayed Together, Too.

1. NEVER BREATHE INTO A BAG ... for starters ... this only re circulates C02 which is not good when you cant breath enough 02 in the first place2.take big deep breaths ...as much as possible3. take your blue/reliver inhaler ... 1 puff EVERY MIN or 10 puffs through a spacer/aerochamber 4. think positivly and calmly dont panic5. try not to panic others around you6. dont talk7. get to a HOSPITAL ASAP!!!or use a nebuliser if you have one
