i used to weigh close to 160 and recently came down to 145During the end of the school year I even managed to get down to a wonderful 135.Now that school has let out, I'm a bit more lazy and I'm up to 142 or 143I'm at home a lot and don't get a chance to leave much( to go to the gym or even to run outside since I usually have to pick up my brother and sister to their various friends houses or camp activities)ANy fat burning I can do within my house?Any diet ideas?I'm willing to do anything. I actually satrted getting more confident but now that I see I've gone up to 143 I fear of getting back to my old weightI need to lose this weight within 1 week for my vacationThank you
