I dranked a 40ounze today of malt liqour (hurricane). I usually dont drink and do a lot of exercise and eat healthy. Anyways my question is, will this effect my weight loss?looking for mostly a "yes or no" and reason~sorry if asking to much. Much help appreciated!

How many calories are in that 40-ouncer? It's all about calories. You probably didn't eat as much. So, no. You probably won't gain any weight. :)

alcohol contains a lot of sugar (even if it isn't sweet)Yes it will effect your weightloss!!carlaKeep it to a minimum!

Malt Liquor has calories, just like food too much and you will gain weight. If you don't drink, and you exercise, I don't see how one 40ounce beer can hurt you.

no, since you don't drink regularly and do exercise, you shouldn't have to worry about weight gain. if you consume a lot of alcohol, you can gain weight from it. just when you drink, try to exercise a little more to make up for the fact that you did something out of the ordinary.
