How do i cure my back problems?

i have messed up bones in my back and how do i fix it naturally.im going to the doctors but how can i fix it myself? it cracks a lot.

Sorry, there are no natural remedies for herniated disc. Why do you think millions of people suffer from back pain?I hope you are going to either a Neurologist or an Orthopedic Doctor for your back problems! All other Doctors (including Chiropractors) are not the answer.I have had back surgery because of a bad Chiropractor.GOOD LUCK!
