roughly 2 weeks, 5-6 days to get it to microsoft 2 days for repair(actually its a replacement) 5-6 days again to come back its mostly the shipping that takes so much time

microsoft didn't tell you how long warranty work would take? of course, you may not actually get your unit back, but some refurbished one. hope you kept note of the serial number.

Microsoft told me 2-3 weeks but some people have reported up to one month. If you live outside of US it may take longer.

Hi,Don't wait for Microsoft, you are wasting your time to get your problem fix, it will take free but 4 to 6 weeks you won't get to play with your xbox game!!! the 3 red light problem can be easily fix by yourself.I did it and it only take me an hour to get my XBOX back to life.
