It can definately upset your stomach, but enough exposure to stressors could cause other serious effects."Stress can have a major impact on the physical functioning of the human body. My opinion is yes. One way to live in stress reduced life, is thru meditation. Check out Waye Dyer media on meditation. I have been do this for 3 years & my life has changed. Please do your own research-below is a link (S).

Yes. My friend used to deliver flowers, so there was stress from driving, deadlines, sitting in the car all day, not eating regularly. And it really messed up his stomach permanently.

Yes, it can. Some people develop ulcers due to stress.
