just sit down, relax, and take a breather. take a couple deep breaths in and out and concentrate on a relaxing thought. i like pretending i'm looking at the clouds float by. also, maybe you should consider taking up yoga or pilates. it helps al ot to ease the mind

Lowering your blood pressure for one. Eat less salt and try to get in cardio at least 4 times a weeks for over 30 minutes.

I feel for you, I have and sometimes still do suffer from anxiety, and it isn't fun.One of the things you have to do to reduce your anxiety is to help yourself get out of concentrating on your anxiety. It may sound strange right now, but as things change you see what I mean. First, understand you will always have some kind of degree of anxiety, meaning under stressful conditions, but with the following, your anxiety will be reduced significantly:1) Definitely deep breathing2) Proper diet3) Exercise (helps alot)4) Proper sleep5) Positive thoughts6) Music (listening to music helps me so much, it's almost like night and day)7) Learning to laugh more (this is the best one)Believe me, you're not alone, Honestly, another thing you should really do is to talk to someone (maybe a therapist), talking things out really does help, or friends or family. Eventually you will realize that the things that gave you so much anxiety, really don't make a difference to you.Hope this helped you..remember you're not alone!
