Yes, if you want it to and believe that it will, it most likely will. (And no side effects like medications have.) By the way, most psych therapies (including medication) work best when the client want it to work and believes that it will work. The magic is in you!

It could if you aren't a skeptic to it.I quit smoking on May 20th.. went on the patch...for just 2.5wks, was going to step down early cos at that point was making me ill and hated the vivid dreams. Instead, I just quit.. and have been doing great.considering I smoked since 17 and now 32yrs and have only stopped briefly while pg w/each of my 3 kids. and stopped smoking in house.good luck... personally, I like the gum when I get an urge now.. and ciggy smoke is now nasty to me..this is my 2nd time, so I'm hoping I have will pwr to not start up again.
